Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

You have the right to return your product within 15 days after receiving the package if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product and wish to receive a refund..

Returns can be made using any tracked shipping method of your choice, or we can arrange the return for you.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process it within 48 hours, provided all the return conditions are met.

  • We may not refund or replace any products returned without prior notification or if tracking details are not provided.
  • All returned products must be unused and unworn, with all original tags intact.
  • Apparel must be free from stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, or animal hair.
  • We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees or charges deducted by payment providers (e.g., PayPal, banks) will be borne by the customer.
  • Swimwear & bodysuits can only be returned if the hygiene liner is in place—otherwise, the return is void for hygiene reasons. Please try on swimwear over underwear.
  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we will offer a free exchange. Please provide photo evidence of the defect when contacting us.
For any other exchange requests:

The shipping cost of returning the product and sending the exchanged product will be the customer’s responsibility.

In order to start the procedure, firstly, send us an email to info@bonaleggings.com or using this link, stating your order number and the issue – we will be happy to serve you.

Your email will be answered as soon as possible, normally within 48 hours, and provide you further information regarding your return.

BACKORDER ITEMS

Items listed as backorder may take 4-8 weeks to be shipped from the order date. If a customer wishes to cancel or request a refund for a backordered item, any transaction fees or charges deducted by payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Banks) will be the customer’s responsibility.
